Create a Book of Centuries
Creating a “Book of Centuries” leaves students with a tangible, organized summary of what they studied. It deepens learning & providing a meaningful tool for review.
- Passport Book: Our passport book provides an outline of what to study, makes it easy to track progress & can be used to divide & organize student work in their binder.
- Timeline & Stickers: Use our timeline & sticker packet to create a clear, visual image of history through the years.
- Student Activity Book: The Student Activity Book has lots of writing projects, discussion topics & activities related to each topic that can be included in the student’s Book of Centuries.
Select a Topic to Study
Use our Passport Book to select a topic & then use the following resources to study.
- Bullet Point Guide: Gives an overview of each time period. Can be used for younger children, but is comprehensive enough to use for high school.
- Optional Resources: Our webpage provides a list of recommended books, videos, activites, field trips, etc., that can be used for each topic to learn.
- Writing & Research Projects: Each historical time period has writing project ideas included in the Student Activity Book to deepen learning.
