The Kilns
C.S. Lewis Home
- The Kilns is the home where C.S. Lewis lived when he wrote the Chronicles of Narnia. The Kilns was built in 1922 on a former brickworks site. The home is still used a personal residence, but tours are conducted. A study center is also run there.
